Take part in Summer on the Crescent

Following the success of Christmas on the Crescent in 2023, we’re inviting artists and makers to take part in Summer on the Crescent.

The event will take place at Woodend Gallery and Studios and Scarborough Art Gallery on Saturday 20 July 2024, 10am – 4pm.

We are inviting applications to apply for a stall at the art and craft fair in Woodend Gallery and Studios.

Closing date for applications is midnight, Monday 3 June 2024. Applications will go through a selection process and applicants will be notified via email by Friday June 14 2024. Please read the Guidance Notes and Terms & Conditions below.

Guidance Notes and Terms & Conditions

  • The cost for a stall is £20, payable by BACS. Full details will be given after applicants have been notified
  • Table and chairs will be provided for each stall (table size minimum of L121cm, W80cm, H70cm)
  • Stalls should be in place by 10.00 am and remain until 4.00pm
  • Set up available from 8.30am on the day and take down must be finished by 5.00pm
  • Stallholder vehicles can park at Woodend TO UNLOAD ONLY they must then be moved by 9.00 am and re-parked elsewhere – vehicles can return after 4.00pm to re-load
  • The stall holder is responsible for manning their stall for the entire day cannot leave before the finish time
  • Stallholders must have in place current Public Liability Insurance and provide a copy with your application
  • We will conduct a risk assessment prior to the event
  • Stallholders are responsible for all equipment needs in addition to the table and chairs provided
  • We will promote the event through our social media channels and stall holders are expected to promote the event on their social media channels and distribute flyers/posters accordingly
  • Wi-Fi will be available
  • We are a dog friendly venue
