The East Coast Open is a celebration of creative talent by artists living and working in North Yorkshire. The exhibition will run from Saturday 13 May – Sunday 3 September at Scarborough Art Gallery. Summary of key dates
| 17 – 21 April | Email submissions for large entries only |
| 2 – 5 May | Submissions of work to Scarborough Art Gallery (10am – 4pm) |
| From Monday 8 May | Selections made |
| From Tuesday 9 May | Notification of acceptance via email |
| 9, 10 and 11 May | Collection of non-selected work |
| Friday 12 May | Previews. 12.30 – 4pm and 6 – 8pm. Due to limited Gallery numbers please state when submitting your works which you will be attending. |
| Saturday 13 May – Sunday 3 September | Exhibition (selected works must be on display for the whole of the period) |
| 5 – 10 September | Exhibited work to be collected by artists or purchasers (10am – 4pm) |
